Jaycom Network Services
Network support is all about providing a service for the software which runs the computer network. This can mean providing software engineers response either onsite or remotely for user issues, email and server issues, problems with data back-up. At Jaycom we can also offer a fixed timed response for emergency support for all our Corporate, Small Medium Businesses and Schools. A typical example of our Network Support package: – Two hour telephone response, guaranteed callback within two hours to ascertain the problem. – If Jaycom can login remotely to fix the problem, we will do so. – If Jaycom can not fix the issue remotely then an engineer may have to respond onsite within six hours to the problem. Hardware Maintenance
Hardware repair and replacing. We provide onsite engineers with a fixed response time of 2, 4 or 8 hours. Our engineers are Microsoft qualified amongst many other manufacturer accreditations i.e. HP, Dell, IBM etc. All our engineers are Police checked and have constant ongoing training for technical and customer liaison. Hardware Sales
We have sold a vast arrey of hardware including servers, Pc’s, printers and other peripheral equipment plus switches and routers etc. We are able to supply from a vast range of manufacturers. Upon request we can also arrange an emergency replacement equipment to ensure business continuity.
Jaycom can provide all cabling infrastructure for a single user office to a multi storey office block. We not only add Data Network points but can design a network infrastructure for thousand’s of users within one environment. Cabling work can be carried out after office hours, at night or weekends to keep downtime of the network to a minimum.
